About Us
It all started with a love of design and a blank slate for Lauren and Nick Lindauer. After being married and moving in to their first home, the couple was overwhelmed by purchasing furniture for an entire house on a budget. A few estate sales & auctions later and a lot of sanding and painting, the couple had completed their house and had fun while doing it. They quickly realized that restoring furniture and creating custom pieces for their needs was a true joy and Lindauer Designs was born.

Thanks for so much great info on your website – especially the information about using Annie Sloan paint in a sprayer. In my attic I have a set of Drexel French Provincial furniture, with original white with gold trim paint. It needs refinishing and after reading and studying about Annie Sloan chalk paint it sounds like it may be just what my furniture needs! Did you attend one of the Annie Sloan classes or just wing it with the chalk paint and wax? Most AS users say there is not prep required. How do you suggest prepping furniture for AS chalk paint? And finally, where in North Houston do you find AS chalk paint? Thanks so much.
Hi there!
I just want to let you know that I’ll be featuring you tomorrow… I love your dresser!
I’m trying to find your contact info on your website and it’s not listed. Please email me about the navy blue dresser. I’d like to buy it. Thx
I have what I believe to be an old steel tanker desk with retractable typing drawer, a center drawer and 3 pull out drawers on the other side. It has not been locked but all of a sudden all 3 of the pull out drawers on the right side will not open. It is like the locking mechanism has engaged independently. I can’t figure out how to open them. How do I now open the drawers? The typewriter door and the center (shallow) drawers work fine. I need help.
I have a antique dining set, buffet, Dining Table with 2 leaves and 6 chairs, one with arms that I would love to have painted in a cream finish. I would love to be contacted with possible pricing for this. I have pictures I can provide to show what I need painted. Thank you so much!
